Thoughts and reflections on searching and designing one eTwinning Project
After designing and evaluating my first draft eTwinning Project, I would like to share some thoughts on the virtues that must be governed by a carefully designed projects.

In particular, I believe that as strengths of an eTwinning Project may be considered:
- Attempting to find a topics that will interest students from different countries.
- Clarity in the formulation of goals, process, expected results.
- Identifying a communication language and how to use ICT for communication and exchange of views (video cameras, emails etc).
- Clear methodology but at the same time flexibility in the choice of methods (which requires continuous cooperation between the participating countries).
- Possibility of continuous communication both between teachers and students.
On the contrary, weaknesses include:
- Choosing programs focusing on issues that concern only one country.
- Usage of a communication language that is not known in the majority of participating countries.
- Inability to use ICT by teachers and students.
- Not clearly formulated goals.
- Lack of flexibility in method choice.
- No feedback.
Planning a draft eTwinning project and also have the ablity "watchιing" the planning of other partners' projects and additionaly, our project evaluation by others, but also the ability to evaluate others' projects, was a multifaceted activity, through which:
- In order to respond to all three steps of the activity, we had to consolidate the information provided by the relevant videos.
- We had the ability to be aware of what kind of projects teachers and pupils from other countries, are most interested in.
- We realize that the key point in eTwinning Projects is continuous collaboration and feedback (not just working in parallel but working together) even in the case of planning a draft project.
- It is clear that a successful eTwinning Project should try a) to combine different subjects of Curricular Integration and b) responds successfully to the needs of different program schedules in all the countries involved.
